The staff of Girdwood Orthodontics is very friendly and patient focused. We try to make each patient’s visit very personal by making each patient feel special. We are also a highly trained and skilled staff. We strive for excellence when we perform every task at Girdwood Orthodontics. To continually stay on the very cutting edge of technology, we attend the annual meeting of the American Association of Orthodontists as well as other regional orthodontic meetings. The staff maintains a certain number of continuing education hours in order to maintain their license.

EILEEN - Office Coordinator
Eileen is Dr. Bart’s wife of 23 years. They have three children, Emily,Bart II, and Brad. And they are the proud new grandparents of Brady and Ethan born August 24, 2007. Eileen is the ‘glue’ that holds everything together at Girdwood Orthodontics. You will not typically see her working on patient days because she works from her home office on her primary responsibilities of human resources, marketing and accounts payable and everything else that gets thrown her way! Eileen has a B.S. Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee but spent most of her college career at The Ohio State University where she met Dr. Bart. They are truly obsessed fans! She enjoys spending time with Emily and her twins, coordinating her son Bart’s travels around the US and the globe, and watching her son Brad compete in varsity golf. EileenG@girdwoodortho.com
CHARLENE - Appointment Coordinator
Charlene has the pleasure of being the appointment Coordinator at Girdwood Ortho for over 2 years. She lives in Lebanon with her husband of 22 years, Jim, and their 3 children, Chelsea (20), Megan (17), and Jonathan (14). Dr. Bart also happened to create the beautiful smiles of Megan and Jonathan. She enjoys watching her children play sports and spending quality time together as a family. Charlene and her husband were raised in Pittsburgh and, along with their whole family, are avid Pittsburgh Steelers fans, a fact that they enjoy sharing with everyone. JERI - Treatment Coordinator
Jeri's passion in life is to first serve and worship Jesus Christ. She is happily married to her husband, John. Together they have five children and four grandchildren. Jeri and her husband enjoy riding their horses every chance they get. She feels truly blessed to be a part of the Girdwood Orthodontic staff. Although she has been in the orthodontic field for over 10 years, nothing compares to the experiences she has enjoyed with the team here. KIM M. - Insurance Coordinator
Kim is a newcomer to the field of orthodontics, but as a parent of a patient, she has watched Dr. Bart work with her son, Brady, to give him a wonderful smile. Kim lives in Lebanon with Seth, her husband of 21 years and Brady (14). They also have 3 older children, Brian (29), Matthew (23) and Kyle (20) and grandson, Aiden who is 4. Kim is an avid gardner and enjoys hours in her beautiful flower gardens. They camp and go hiking but most weekends now they travel to other states watching son Brady play competitive soccer. SUSAN - Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Susan has been with Girdwood Orthodontics since July 2007. She keeps our two offices 'connected' in fulfilling her duties as the 'Off day' appointment coordinator. Recently remarried, she and her husband, Jake, reside in Waynesville and have found much joy in their new adventure together along with their seven children. TRESSA P. - Financial Coordinator
Tressa has been in orthodontics for 14 years and is very excited to be here at Girdwood Orthodontic's serving our wonderful patients with her second family. Tressa lives in Franklin with her husband Ron, of 17 years, and two children, Jeff (16) and Haley (13). She enjoys spending time with her family either at Kings Island, at the pool, or on the golf course. She also enjoys watching her son play basketball and golf and watching her daughter cheering for basketball, football, and in national competitions. BETHANEY N. - Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant
Since 1995, Bethaney has been in the field of orthodontics as a clinical Orthodontic Assistant and a Treatment Coordinator. Bethaney finds that welcoming new patients and providing patient care throughout their treatment is incredibly rewarding. In Bethaney's life, she has two adulations, her children: Drew and Ellysa. She is elated with the precious time she spends with them, from playing sports to reading a book to them at bedtime. Bethaney enjoys playing sports of any sort and finds running to be her solitude. DEBBIE C. - Orthodontic Assistant
Debbie is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with 30 years of experience in orthodontics. Debbie lives in Middletown with her husband Art and her two boys Jesse and Travis. They frequently go on camping trips together with their favorite place to go being Silver Lake in Northern Michigan. Debbie also enjoys cheering for both her boys as they both play soccer. DENISE S. - Orthodontic Assistant
Denise has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1993 and became a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in 2007. She lives in Germantown with her husband Bob, son Zachary and new addition to their family, daughter Isabella ('Bella"). Denise enjoys taking in a good movie and spending quiet evenings with her family. As Bella is getting older, Denise loves to take her shopping and also enjoys attending Zachary's football and baseball games, as his biggest fan. At work, Denise enjoys entertaining our patients with singing and dancing around the office, letting it be known that we love to 'have fun' all day long and provide exceptional patient care! LAURA M. - Orthodontic Assistant
Laura has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 1997. She posesses a "big kid at heart" attitude and is always the "life" of the office. Her love for orthodontics is driven by the interaction she has with our patients, young and old. Laura has two beautiful children, Grace Elizabeth and Dylan James who have taught her how wonderful life really is. LEEANN P. - Orthodontic Assistant
Leeann has been a part of the Girdwood Orthodontic team for about a year. She lives in Monroe with her husband of 17 years, Shawn, two of her children, Troy (14) and Taylor (13), two dogs, Nash and Pixie, and a cat named Pudie. She also has a son Taric (23) that lives in Germantown, OH. She graduated from Miami University in 1992 with an Associates Degree in Business Management. She enjoys doing anything with her family and aerobic exercising. JANET J. - Records Tech
Janet has been in dentistry for 5 years and made the transition to orthodontics two years as the Records Coordinator. She has been married to her husband Ike for 20 years and they have two great children, Chad who is attending Culinary School and Natasha who is attending the School of Advertising Arts. She enjoys relaxing with a good book or watching a good movie.
